Pause, Reflect, Find Clarity
Five days in Tuscany to be fully present, think with greater freedom, see things as they are, and rediscover what truly matters.
Return to your own Ithaca with a clearer mind, renewed perspective, and a stronger sense of direction.
Five days shared with a small circle of thoughtful leaders to exchange experiences, enjoy moments of lightness, and savor Tuscan food and exceptional local wines. Connections formed in the right place, at the right moment, may continue long after the journey home.
Why Five Days?
For a senior leader, five days away from work is a meaningful commitment. Responsibilities continue, decisions still need to be made, and there is rarely a convenient time to become less available. Yet those same demands are what make sustained time away so valuable.
The questions that shape how you lead cannot always be answered between meetings, messages and competing priorities.
A single workshop can introduce an idea. Five days create the time to arrive fully, clear the noise, explore beneath the first answers, see familiar challenges differently, and decide what deserves to change. The retreat is not time taken away from leadership. It is time invested in how you return to it.
Participants will not be expected to become unreachable. Reasonable access can be maintained for genuinely important matters, while the retreat protects substantial periods from the interruptions that normally make deeper thought so difficult.
DAY ONE
A live guest session with an internationally respected thinker joining us from the UK - the Originator of the Language of Commitments.
Stefano then guides reflection in the meadows beneath Siena, helping participants clear mental clutter and bring what matters into sharper focus.
Later, a guided walk through Siena brings its streets, history and traditions to life.
The evening continues through the cityโs food and flavors, becoming a relaxed welcome dinner and the cohortโs first opportunity to connect around the table.
DAY TWO
A half-day embodied session with a psychotherapist specializing in Bioenergetic Analysis and body-oriented practice. Accessible movement, breathing and postural awareness help participants step out of the pace of executive life, allowing the body to catch up with the mind and bringing their attention fully back to the present.
Later, a guided walk through the Tuscan countryside leads to Monteriggioni, the ancient walled town overlooking the surrounding hills. Walking side by side creates space for open, unhurried conversation and deeper connection among participants.
The day closes over an informal dinner together, with time to settle into the experience and enjoy the evening.
DAY THREE
A Stefano leads an outdoor Solution Focused coaching session, creating space for participants to move beyond their first answers, explore what lies beneath the surface, and learn from the perspectives and experiences of the group.
The pace then shifts at Le Caldane, natural springs known since Etruscan and Roman times. Time by the water allows for rest, informal conversation and reflection.
The day closes in the medieval upper town of Colle di Val dโElsa, with dinner inspired by the flavors and traditions of Tuscan cooking..
DAY FOUR
The day begins in Val dโOrcia, the UNESCO landscape of rolling hills, hill towns and cypress-lined roads. A guided walk along the ancient Via Francigena outside Pienza creates physical and mental distance from everyday demands.
The landscape and rhythm of walking create the distance participants need to step back, see important questions from a wider angle, and consider possibilities that may previously have remained out of view.
Back in Chianti, the day closes with a sunset wine experience - time to appreciate the land, the craft and the company, followed by dinner together.
